Our goal when we began work at Casa de Olivos was to make a special hideaway that stood out from the crowd. Somewhere a bit different with an abundance of personality and an extra flourish.

We had a lot of fun finding the right look for each room and getting it just so.  And its been the same story outside, setting up the outdoor kitchen under its pergola, and planting around the sunbathing pods. Casa de Olivos manages to be both utterly memorable and a tranquil, soothing oasis where you can tune out and turn off.

But the perfect holiday is about more than just the right setting. It’s people that can transform a holiday from good to great. 

In an anonymous hotel you can ask the concierge for help with restaurants, places to go, and things to do. But in a regular villa rental you can often be left to figure it all out by yourselves, wasting valuable pool time as a result.

At Casa de Olivos, you don’t turn up to an empty villa in the dark and have to find the key box. Your hosts, Claire and Ed, are here to greet every guest, introduce you to the accommodation and help you to settle straight in. After checking everyone in, we leave you to get unpacked and start enjoying your precious time away from the everyday.

Need to know where the nearest supermarket is, or where the best beaches are? We’re here to help. We can give ideas for a great day out, places to explore and where’s good to eat. There’s an outdoor cinema we can set up for an evening viewing under the stars, and a few other extras to help you do the important stuff, and make great memories with your family, friends and loved ones.

We can even make breakfast for you, which can be a life-saver after a late check-in on a Sunday, or as an extra special treat just because you’re worth it. We take care of the details like setting the pool and patio areas each morning ready for your busy day of lounging and cocktail-sipping. And if you feel like sleeping outside, we can set up the four-poster bed for you complete with mosquito net from where you can gaze out at the incredible night-sky and enjoy the cool night air.

Of course, if you don’t need us, you don’t see us, and there’s lots of information already in the apartments for guests to leaf through.
